Paul is an advisor to Private Equity firms as well as a board member and advisor to several growing companies.
Paul is a Board Member and former CEO of Jensen Hughes, a 1400-person provider of engineering and professional services and the global market leader in the fire protection engineering, life safety, forensics and security risk consulting industry.
Paul retired from Honeywell International after 26 years of holding senior executive roles in multiple geographies. For eight years he was President of Honeywell Building Solutions, a $3B business providing automated building solutions including hvac, fire and security integrated systems. This global strategic business group with 11,000 employees operates in over 52 countries and is also a leading provider of energy services and smartgrid solutions to commercial, utility and public sectors.
Prior to leading Building Solutions, Paul was based in Brussels, Belgium as VP General Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa for their Process Solutions business. This $1.2B business included sales, projects and services for advanced controls and sensors in the refining, paper, chemical, pharmaceutical and power generation sectors.
Paul joined Honeywell in 1988 and has over 30 years of industry experience including executive roles in general management, information technology, M&A business integration, sales and marketing, supply chain management and operations.
Paul worked with Lindberg, A Unit of General Signal from 1983 to 1987. His positions included Project Engineer, Project Manager, Product Development Engineering Manager and Product Line Manager. Lindberg was a global leader in the design and project management of metals treating and material handling automated capital equipment.
